5 tips for active mental health in quarantine

Quarantine is difficult for many of us. Specially for the people who love to travel and chill. And yes we know this is building up a lot of pressure. Its increasing your anxiety and frustration. You are likely to get irritated and feel sad about your health.

Well don't worry we have got you some tips to make your brain cells actively fit.


1. Start moving your body lad!!

When we talk about mental fitness and growth, exercising and constantly moving your body does play an important part. See when we do exercise our body releases such hormones which helps us to reduce stress. Its so good that after working out for few days you will start enjoying it.

so yes first tip get out of your bed and start some home workout.













2. Start reading 

Wait! I know you don't like reading stuff but hey who told you that you need to read your academic books. Reading can be about anything like blogs, articles , etc whatever you like as per your interests.
Yes it will help and guess what it will actually increase your knowledge too.

















3. Art - digital art

Yeah i understand its pretty old schooool but here i'm talking about some new generation stuff like digital art. Make use of your smartphone and there are lots and lots of different apps to create different illusions and stuff.You will love it for sure. Some apps like adobe illustrator, medipant, ibispaint, etc.


4. YOGA

To be honest i'm great fan of yoga. Its so interesting all the aasana's and postures are so great. Don't be lazy bud. It actually stretches your body which again releases hormones and relaxes your mind. This is what i'm more focusing on and you should too i feel.

















5.Eating healthy food

I know you miss your burgers, pizza and pastas but you know eating habits are directly related with your mind. You eat healthy you feel healthy simple. Eating fast food might gives you temporary good feelings but in a long run your body needs nutrition which you would not get out of these.
