Optimism is contagious ,as you feel happier from the inside your aura and your vibe become positive and automatically you start to feel motivated. Optimism can make you feel confident and help you motivate other people too.There's no best alternative to optimism, pessimism doesn't help you achieve much in life, and it just lead to the bad aspect only no matter how good things could be.

Don't think that you got to spend a lot of money or something like that to make yourself happier, It doesn't last long or leave an everlasting impact. It is rather the simple pleasures of life which touches your soul and makes you happy within.

Start your day with a positive mind, and see your whole day will become as shiny as your mind. If you will start your day with a bad mood your day can be ruined, right before you go to bed, write all the things which you are going to do the very next day, let it be some small stuff too, that Tomorrow I've this plan for myself, or I have got this much work to do.Tell your mind after you wake up that "you are happy today" and just by repeating things you can start feeling them and see how it all changes.
